My 10th Anniversary on the Internet
|
|
Last month marked my 10th anniversity on the Web! It still amazes me to see how many people are interested in pressure cookery. Over 39,000 visitors a month come from more than 50 countries around the world to browse through my website. Surprizingly, almost as many men as women. More than 6,500 of you have signed up for my newsletter, and over 1500 websites and blogs link to my articles. A total of 819,122 people have viewed the Forum, and over 2 million visitors have found the website.

I would be remiss in not thanking all of you, my Readers, for your help in keeping the website ,and my new cookbook, so popular. Please use this month's Bonus Recipe passwords to Login and download my 10th Anniversry Special Recipe Booklet, "Frijoles Refritos". Its my little gift of appreciation to, and contains 5 new pressure cooker recipes featuring Pinto Beans for you to try:
- Smoky Pork Broth
- Rich Vegetable Broth
- Pinto Bean Soup
- Refried Beans
- Tostadas

- Savory, Three Grain Herbed Pilaf
- Lentil and Arugula Salad
I'll show you how to
save time cook both of these PIP recipes at the same time. Read the whole article...

Take a Look Inside
|

My cookbook, Miss Vickie's Big Book of Pressure Cooker Recipes, is in bookstores everywhere, but I think the best price (plus NO tax or shipping with a $25 order) can be found on Amazon. Click on the book cover at Amazon to activate the Search Inside feature. From there, you can browse through the Table of Contents, the all important Index, and see Excerpts of some inside selections, and even view a couple of recipe pages.
